I have observed that many insurance agencies and small businesses across the USA have not evaluated and reworked their workflows in decades, which can impede their ability to compete in today's fast-

Early Life

Growing up in Western Massachusetts, I began my education in public school before being accepted as a day student at Eaglebrook School in Deerfield Massachusetts where I spent four years honing my academic skills. I then attended Suffield Academy in Suffield Connecticut as a boarding student, where I completed my high school education. After graduating, I decided to move to Boston to attend Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School, where I pursued a challenging course of study, earning a double major in Marketing and Management. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, reflecting my dedication to excellence.
